Things to do in Abersoch
Our resort is located just 8 miles away from Abersoch, a village which is one of the most highly regarded seaside resorts in the country. With its spectacular golden sands and its excellent water quality,
Abersoch isn’t just a popular destination for families looking to enjoy a traditional British day at the beach, it is also a mecca for water sports enthusiasts. Windsurfing, paddleboarding and kayaking are just a few of the many popular water sports that are carried out here. You can even try your hand at sailing with the local Abersoch Sailing Club.
The surrounding Abersoch region is also full of scenic walking routes including those along the stunning Llyn Peninsula where you can admire glorious coastal vistas. Alternatively you can head to Snowdonia and climb the country’s highest mountain. There are six different routes to take if you are to reach the summit, each of which varies in terms of difficulty.
If you are looking for something a little more family oriented, then you may prefer to pay a visit to Glasfryn Parc. This is located slightly closer to our resort on the outskirts of Pwllheli and offers a wide selection of activities that people of all ages can enjoy in all weather conditions.
