You can fish from either side of Pwllheli harbour, with the mouth and channel of the marina tending to be the best locations for catching bass. The inner section of the harbour meanwhile is best for catching the slightly less common mullet.
If you are looking for a nearby store selling fishing tackle, bait and equipment nearby, then you will find everything that you need at the nearby Llŷn Angling shop in the centre of Pwllheli directly across from the library.
