With treadmills, exercise bikes, weights and much more, you will have something to help with all aerobic and anaerobic training requirements.
Open all day from 9am till 6pm, you will be able to make your exercise regimen work around your holiday. You can complete a session before heading out to one of the many great places to visit in Pwllheli with your family.
Our gym in Pwllheli is also ideal for our holiday home owners, potentially saving you the cost of a monthly gym membership depending upon the regularity at which you choose to visit your holiday home at Gimblet Rock Holiday Park.
Alongside our gym in our leisure complex is our indoor heated swimming pool where you can complete a few lengths as part of your training, or simply reward yourself with some time in our relaxing sauna. This is the ideal place to chill out and rest those aching muscles.
