If you are willing to take to the sea, then you probably won’t be too concerned about getting your hair wet. This makes water sports a great wet weather activity in Abersoch for holiday makers.

The most popular beach in Abersoch for watersports is probably the daunting sounding Hell’s Mouth which offers 4 miles of unbroken coastline This is a particularly popular spot for surfing enthusiasts with the often high waves creating the perfect conditions for some adrenaline fuelled activities.

2. Get Horticultural

If you prefer a slightly more sedate pace of life, then you may prefer to pay a visit to the Abersoch garden centre. Here you can explore the wide variety of plant life which can add a touch of class to the outdoor and decking areas of your holiday home at Gimblet Rock.

However, even if you aren’t that interested in horticulture, this family run garden centre is still well worth a visit on account of the excellent food and drink which is available from the on-site Petal-á-Pot café.
